Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Develop, implement, and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflow.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to improve collaboration and operational performance.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and allocate resources effectively to maximize profitability.
- Identify operational issues and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Improve supply chain and logistics management to streamline operations.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and teamwork within the organization.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Familiarity with business and financial principles
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Outstanding organisational skills
- Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience: 3-5 years in operations or management, with a track record of improving efficiency.
- Skills: Leadership, problem-solving, communication, ERP systems, and data analysis.
- Knowledge: Industry regulations, compliance, and risk management.
- Preferred: Experience in [specific industry], multilingual skills, Lean Six Sigma or PMP certification.
