Job Responsibilities:
The Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, and supporting organizational goals. This role involves process optimization, coordination with different departments, and maintaining high operational standards.
- Operational Management: Monitor and improve daily operations to ensure smooth business functions.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
- Coordination & Support: Work closely with different teams (sales, logistics, customer service, etc.) to align operations.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements; prepare reports for management.
- Resource Management: Oversee inventory, equipment, and other operational resources to ensure optimal utilization.
- Problem Solving: Address operational challenges, resolve issues promptly, and enhance workflow.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers, service providers, and key stakeholders.
- Customer Support: Assist in resolving customer queries and improving service efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Detail-Oriented: Accuracy and efficiency in tasks.
- Teamwork: Strong collaboration and adaptability.
- Compliance: Knowledge of regulations and best practices (preferred).
