Job Responsibilities:

The Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, ensuring efficiency, and supporting organizational goals. This role involves process optimization, coordination with different departments, and maintaining high operational standards.

  • Operational Management: Monitor and improve daily operations to ensure smooth business functions.
  • Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
  • Coordination & Support: Work closely with different teams (sales, logistics, customer service, etc.) to align operations.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements; prepare reports for management.
  • Resource Management: Oversee inventory, equipment, and other operational resources to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Problem Solving: Address operational challenges, resolve issues promptly, and enhance workflow.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers, service providers, and key stakeholders.
  • Customer Support: Assist in resolving customer queries and improving service efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Skills: MS Office, problem-solving, organization, and communication.
  • Detail-Oriented: Accuracy and efficiency in tasks.
  • Teamwork: Strong collaboration and adaptability.
  • Compliance: Knowledge of regulations and best practices (preferred).
