Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Analyze customer data and behaviors to identify trends and opportunities for engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance the customer experience.
  • Implement and manage customer loyalty programs and intiatives.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and take proactive steps to improve them.
  • Handle customer escalations and work towards quick and effective resolutions.

Skill & Qualities

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, sales, or customer service.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in managing customer retention programs.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and customer engagement strategies.
  • Familiarly with industry-specific service trends.
