Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Analyze customer data and behaviors to identify trends and opportunities for engagement.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to enhance the customer experience.
- Implement and manage customer loyalty programs and intiatives.
- Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and take proactive steps to improve them.
- Handle customer escalations and work towards quick and effective resolutions.
Skill & Qualities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, sales, or customer service.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing customer retention programs.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and customer engagement strategies.
- Familiarly with industry-specific service trends.
