SENIOR ENGINEER

Responsibility:

• To monitor project quality plan, work program and assist Project Manager in monitoring project cash flow & progressive claim preparation.
• Provide oversight in managing all necessary resources throughout the entire project from start-up through closeout and ensure that owner's expectation is met.
• Plan, coordinate, supervise and monitor construction works at site & ensure site personnel following of company rules & regulations.
• Prepare quantity for variation order works and quotation.
• Ensure our installation, servicing and / or maintenance works are according to drawing contract specification and work schedule To attend site progress meeting, coordination meeting, safety meeting and site inspection
• To attend valuation of progress claim with client and / or consultants' representative
• Ensure that the day-to-day operations of projects are transitioned effectively to Project Managers when work commences in the field.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing customer portfolio including up- selling and cross-selling.
• Control and monitor all sub-contractors' manpower required and ensure material /equipment delivery on time or ahead of schedule.
• Take delivery, arrange for storage areas for materials purchased by Main Contractor and arrange for storage area required by sub-contractors.
• Check the specification of every equipment and machinery supplied as part of the proiect.
• Arrange for proper manpower of the contractor in project execution so that unnecessary delays are avoided.
• Source the probable suppliers of the new equipment and machinery related to the project. Design the instrument control system for the project and review with Project Manager.
• Ensure the contractors follow proper design code and safety practices while executing the job.

Authority:

• To decide on the technical of the project which not involve cost implication.

Academic Qualification:

• Candidate must at least process Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Skills & Experience:

• At least 3-5 years experiences in designing and/ or supervision of M&E Building service or relevant fields.
• Competent in using MS office and AutoCAD.
